Ask away.Terms of AgreementConsent(Required)Memory Maker’s Trail of Magic Terms of Agreement Lambertville Creative Arts Fund (LCAF), an all volunteer organization working toward a non-profit designation, is thrilled to partner with you to bring a touch of creativity and wonder to Lambertville through The Memory Maker’s Trail of Magic. By agreeing to host a temporary art installation in your window, you’re helping share the magic with the public. 1. Installation & Display LCAF volunteer staff will install the artwork in your storefront window or designated area at a pre-arranged date and time. The installation will remain on display until on or about November 2nd and will be removed by LCAF at a prearranged date and time. The Business agrees to have the designated space completely cleared and clean prior to installation. Installation cannot begin until the space is ready, and rescheduling may not be possible. 2. Care & Safety The installation will be set up securely under the guidance of the LCAF artistic team. The Business agrees to take reasonable steps to keep the artwork safe and protected from tampering, obstruction, or damage while on display. If the artwork is accidentally moved, disturbed, or damaged, the Business will immediately notify LCAF. The Business agrees to add the Lambertville Creative Arts Fund as an additional insured under its insurance policy for the duration of the display. If any issues arise, please contact us. 3. Sponsorship Contribution Your sponsorship fee supports the Lambertville Creative Arts Fund and helps make this community project possible. Payment is kindly requested by check, payable to Lambertville Creative Arts Fund. Payment must be received before we schedule your installation date. 4. Removal At the conclusion of the display period, LCAF will coordinate the removal of the installation and restore the space to its original condition.
